The Reaper- An Autobiography

I was born in 1998 in the city of Birmingham UK which is a central city in the country known historically for its factories and now its shopping destinations.

I began Martial arts at the age of 3 when my Mom and Dad put me into Karate, it's a family tradition to go into combat sports so I was born into it. I continued with Karate for a few years until I fell in love with Muay Thai after being brought tickets to a fight for my Birthday,

This made me fall in love with the sport, I then joined a gym in Sutton where I had a number fights as a junior and only lost one of those which was due to corner stoppage in the 5th round against a very tough oponent who had insane punch power.

During this time I had also been shown UFC fights which made me think that's it that's the most complete form of combat available I'll give that a go. So after this I left what was my muay thai gym at the time and signed up to an MMA gym, I really couldn't grasp the ground element to begin with but I persevered and began to familiarise myself with all aspects of the sport. After about 2 years I had to leave this gym due to me not being able to make class times.

I then moved to a joint Muay Thai and MMA gym where I competed in both sports. Whilst fighting for this gym I placed 2nd in Kwon's Muay Thai British Championship.

At the same time as me training here I also trained at a boxing gym as I wanted to increase my punching power and speed. I had 3 fights with this gym of which I won all 3, I then stopped training here due to time constraints.

I recently left my other gym in order to join a very small invite only fight team where I have been training since and will continue to train as I am receiving excellent coaching here at Immortal and I really believe my career will progress if I stay here. Since being here I have had two K1 fights and my K1 fight record currently stands at one win and one loss. My win was from beating the German K1 champion and my loss was to a British squad member.
